MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To provide administrative support within the OPS Admin team for the Global Operations functions:
Regulatory, Medical, PDO, GNPI, Technical Support, Artwork, Technical Projects, Quality.
To raise purchase orders in SAP and effectively manage the PO process.
To provide assistance and support to the Global Medical unit as required.
Follow effective governance to optimize and align core processes.
Adhere to the standards & continuous improvement of service delivery within the OPS Admin team.
Provide team back up at times of planned/unplanned absence.
Other tasks & responsibilities as identified and directed by management which contribute to the overall running of the Ops Admin service provision.The role will entail working within a pool of administrative support executives (3 including this role) who will all report directly to the Senior Administrative Support Executive. The Ops Admin team will sit in the PMO, within the PDO (Project Delivery Organisation).
